Using advanced HEPA filters, this device delivers a vertical unidirectional airflow over the work surface, achieving an impressive filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles as small as 0.3μm. Additionally, a pre-filter captures larger debris, effectively extending the lifespan of the HEPA filter, making the benchtop laminar flow hood both efficient and cost-effective.
Featuring a recirculating airflow design, this device reuses a portion of clean air to minimize operator exposure to airflow while scientifically prolonging filter life. Its 7° inclined front window adheres to ergonomic principles, reducing operator fatigue during extended use. The work surface, made of durable 304 brushed stainless steel, offers excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, while the cabinet's exterior is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel with an electrostatic coating for enhanced stability and visual appeal.
The benchtop laminar flow hood is equipped with a user-friendly touch control panel featuring intuitive switches for fan, lighting, UV, power, socket, and airflow adjustment. The integrated display provides real-time updates on airflow speed, operational time, UV lamp usage, and filter status, ensuring seamless operation and monitoring. Maintenance is simplified with front-accessible pre-filters and HEPA filters, eliminating the need to move the unit. The 5mm tempered glass front window includes a counterweight structure for smooth vertical adjustments and the flexibility to hover securely at any height.
To meet various experimental requirements, the device offers an 8-speed adjustable fan and a comprehensive interlocking system between the UV lamp, fan, and fluorescent light to prevent accidental operation. Enhanced safety features include a UV lamp delay-start function (adjustable between 5–20 seconds) and customizable scheduling options. An advanced alarm system ensures operational reliability by providing alerts for front window height, excessive filter pressure, filter replacement, and airflow fluctuations.
